As a Motorcoach Porter you will be responsible for driving and parking RVs of all shapes and sizes. Our warehouse covers 122,000 sq. fth a lot of parking spaces. You will assist with driving and parking coaches around the facility, transferring them between departments including Storage, Service, Wash, as well as customer pickup. You will also support the Service Department by running to pick up parts and supplies as needed. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you communicate with employees and guests to facilitate a smooth workflow. This position requires high-energy with the ability to stay mobile and active throughout the day.
Roles of Position:
- Drive and park Motorcoachs, Cars, Trucks, Trailers, Boats
- Run to get parts and supplies as needed
- Assist Collision and Service with moving vehicles as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse by sweeping, running floor cleaner, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms
- Communicate needs and concerns with management and other employees as needed
- Answering phones and helping customers on weekends
Requirements:
- Good communication skills with both employees and guests
- Operating Forklifts and must be comfortable driving RVs of every size and configuration (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.).
- Valid license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Drug-free
