Our client is seeking an experienced High-End Interiors Project Manager | NYC to oversee luxury commercial interior and high-end fit-out projects throughout Manhattan. The ideal candidate will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring exceptional quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

Description

As a High-End Interiors Project Manager | NYC you will:

• Manage multiple high-end interior construction projects simultaneously
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and procurement
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Track project costs and ensure financial performance targets are met
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards

Profile

A successful High-End Interiors Project Manager | NYC should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial interiors construction
• Experience with luxury office, corporate, retail, hospitality, or high-end fit-out projects
• Strong financial management and scheduling expertise
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in NYC
• Proficiency with construction management software and project controls
