High-end Interior Project Manager | NYC
Our client is a well-established high-end interiors general contractor with a strong reputation throughout New York City. Their portfolio includes luxury office interiors, hospitality renovations, retail flagships, executive spaces, and bespoke interior build-outs, consistently partnering with leading architects, designers, and ownership groups.
As a High-end Interior Project Manager | NYC you will:
- Manage high-end interior fit-out projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, and ownership teams.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

A successful High-end Interior Project Manager | NYC should have:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering high-end corporate interiors, luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management.
- Experience working in New York City construction environments.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client-facing responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
