What you bring to SBHG :
Education
Experience
Two (2) years direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered clients - one (1) year of which must be experience with children and adolescents
Prior experience in Wraparound direct service services preferred
Supervisory experience a plus
License or Certification
Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Ph.D. Psychologist (must be active and unrestricted)
Two (2) years' post licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations
Valid California Driver's License and maintenance of a driving record that meets the company driver eligibility policy
CANS certified within 30-days of hire
How you will make a difference:
The Clinical Supervisor ensures the clinical integrity of the services provided to youth and families, while supporting staff development, and high-fidelity system alignment. This licensed practitioner plays a critical dual role: (1) supervising and mentoring Associate Clinicians as they pursue licensure and (2) providing clinical consultation and oversight across the Wraparound team, ensuring that interventions are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally respectful and relevant. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that Wraparound services adhere to federal and state regulatory standards, including Medi-Cal documentation and audit readiness. This role also fosters interagency collaboration and contributes to organizational capacity-building through training, reflective supervision, and quality improvement efforts.

Population Served: Children, Youth, and Families battling trauma, mental illness, neglect, or substance abuse |
Facility & Setting: Multidisciplinary program sites serving SPA 1,2,3,4,6,7,8
Clinical Services: Trauma-informed care, mental health treatment, behavioral interventions , and parental skill enhancement
Length of Stay: Based on need, average stay is 18 months
