What You’ll Do:

• Provide dialysis treatments to patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
• Monitor patient health and respond to emergencies during dialysis sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Renvio EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients on dialysis procedures and care instructions
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Support patient comfort and provide compassionate care

What You Need:

• Active CCHT certification and BLS certification
• At least 1 year experience with ESRD patients
• Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and professional demeanor
