Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $507.00
- Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements where applicable, and a robust referral bonus program. OT pay at 1.5x after scheduled hours, holiday pay at 1.5x on specified holidays.
What Youll Do- Follow up with hematology patients and evaluate new benign hematology cases
- Write prescriptions, order labs, and communicate effectively with pharmacy teams
- Support inpatient and outpatient care, working alongside nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals
- Provide general hematology and oncology care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
- Assist with patient management and documentation within EPIC EMR system
- Participate in a collaborative team supporting clinical excellence
What You Need- Valid North Carolina State Medical License
- Board Certification in Hematology and/or Oncology (preferred double boarded)
- DEA license
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Comfortable working in a general, benign hematology-focused practice
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
