What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and follow-up care
• Support a team of APPs and collaborate with three physicians at the facility
• Manage approximately 15 patients per day, solo provider, with low volume clinic setting
• Document patient encounters efficiently using Meditech EMR
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient communication
• Support chronic disease management and treatment planning in Hem/Onc department

What You Need

• Board Certification in Hematology or Oncology
• Recent experience supporting adult patients in outpatient settings
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
