Starling Oncology is seeking a growing, physician-led Hematology Oncology Group seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician to join our practice in Las Vegas, NV. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support, predictable income, and leadership growth potential.
At Starling Oncology, physicians practice at the top of their license while being supported by an integrated care model designed to reduce administrative burden and allow them to focus on patient care.
Practice & Clinical Support Model
- Established referral network with a growing patient panel
- On-site infusion services
- Dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
- Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
- Technology-enabled workflows to support efficient, high-quality care
Compensation Structure & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + wRVU upside + equity
- Signing bonus: $100,000
- Relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, matching (401k), and CME allowance
- Malpractice coverage

- No Nevada State income tax
- Out of state? Your state license application & initial fee paid by The Oncology Institute
