• Medical Director role with 50% clinical and 50% administrative focus
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30 am - 5 pm
• Full-time or part-time options; minimum 3 days per week commitment
• Care delivered primarily via telemedicine with some in-home visits
• Value-based care model providing support between traditional oncologist visits
• Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative setting
• Focus on symptom management, goals-of-care, and advance care planning
• Board-certified with palliative care or leadership experience preferred
