What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized care in hematology and oncology for adult patients (18+)
- Support and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a new practice setting
- Manage patient consultations, treatment plans, and follow-ups
- Visit hospital inpatients for consults when needed, utilizing EPIC EMR system
- Participate in the on-call rotation (weeknights/weekends, 1:2 ratio)
- Ensure compliance with practice protocols and quality standards
- Assist in establishing and growing the new practice’s patient base
What You Need
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
- Valid PA medical license or LOQ through IMLC
- Active DEA registration
- Experience in community-based hematology/oncology (preferred)
- Strong communication and patient management skills
