What Youll Do
- Manage outpatient patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
- Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurses, and support staff
- Support patient care with therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments
- Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless patient documentation
- Provide care for patients of all ages, typically seeing 11-16 patients daily
- Support multidisciplinary efforts, including clinical trials and survivorship programs
- Assist in coordinating patient education, care plans, and follow-up procedures
What You Need
- Valid Minnesota state license; license required before start
- Board Certified PA or Advanced Practice Provider
- Experience in hematology/oncology preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
