What You’ll Do

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients with solid tumors and hematologic conditions
• Collaborate closely with hematologists and oncologists to develop and implement treatment plans
• Support the infusion team with safe administration and monitoring of therapies
• Provide patient education, support, and coordinate care through an integrated care team
• Document care and patient progress using Epic EMR system
• Assist in supporting diverse patient populations, including all ages

What You Need
Required:

• Minnesota License for Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Provider
• Board Certification as PA or APP
• Prior experience in hematology/oncology preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with outpatient oncology procedures and infusion therapy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
