What Youll Do
- Provide inpatient support for hematology and oncology patients in a hospital setting
- Manage care for patients with benign and malignant hematology conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and other APPs
- Support specialized procedures related to hematology inpatient services
- Exhibit proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
- Contribute to the development of the hospitals bone marrow transplant practice (knowledge preferred)
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state licensing requirements
What You Need
- Valid Minnesota license to practice as a PA or APP
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing hematology and oncology patients
- Strong knowledge of benign and malignant hematology
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
