What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient support for hematology and oncology patients in a hospital setting
  • Manage care for patients with benign and malignant hematology conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and other APPs
  • Support specialized procedures related to hematology inpatient services
  • Exhibit proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
  • Contribute to the development of the hospital’s bone marrow transplant practice (knowledge preferred)
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state licensing requirements

What You Need
  • Valid Minnesota license to practice as a PA or APP
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing hematology and oncology patients
  • Strong knowledge of benign and malignant hematology
  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
