- Experience: 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience

What You'll Do:
- Provide inpatient coverage in a Bone Marrow Transplant and Hematology/Cellular Therapy unit
- Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
- Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures
- Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS)
- Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
What You Need:
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology Nursing
- Active Missouri license
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant or related experience
- Strong clinical skills in transplant management and supportive care
