  • Shifts: Night shift (3x12-hour shifts: 19:00-07:00); Day shift (07:00-18:00, may extend to 07:00-19:00 in fall)
  • Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Licensure/Certifications: Missouri license required; BLS mandatory; ACLS preferred
  • Experience: 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience

What You'll Do:
  • Provide inpatient coverage in a Bone Marrow Transplant and Hematology/Cellular Therapy unit
  • Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
  • Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
  • Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures
  • Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS)
  • Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR

What You Need:
  • Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology Nursing
  • Active Missouri license
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant or related experience
  • Strong clinical skills in transplant management and supportive care
