• Shifts: Day (07:00-18:00), Night (18:00-07:00) (may transition in fall)
• Schedule: 3x12-Hour shifts, varying monthly
• Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours

• License/Certs: Missouri license, BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Experience: 1.5–2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy
• Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions
• Conduct daily rounding, admission, and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and procedures
• Manage transplant-related complications like GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Missouri state license
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• 1.5–2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, complex care environment
