• Market Medical Director role with 80% administrative and leadership responsibilities
• Hybrid schedule with flexibility to work remotely and on-site
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm schedule with full-time or part-time options
• Minimum commitment of approximately 3 days per week
• 20% clinical work focused on telemedicine and NP escalations
• Value-based care model bridging care between traditional oncologist visits
• Board-certified candidates with palliative care or leadership experience preferred
• Hospital-employed position with active California license required
