• Hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and in-office
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm schedule with full-time or part-time options
• Approximately 80% leadership and 20% clinical responsibilities
• Oversee multiple Michigan markets including Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Lansing
• Clinical work primarily consists of telemedicine and NP escalations; no home visits
• Value-based care model bridging gaps between traditional oncologist visits
• Lead a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, NPs, and supportive care staff
• Board-certified Hematology and Oncology physician with active Michigan license preferred
