Helper

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Summary:

• Duration: 12 Months
• Location: Houston, TX
• Rotating Shifts: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm, or 9:00pm-5:30am. Weekends may be required, and the shifts can change from week to week.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and emptying trash containers.
• Clean shavings and support daily production operations across extrusion, tapeline, and cover line processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist with machine setup.
• Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with operators and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing multi-line competency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have prior forklift and crane operation experience.
