What You’ll Do
- Carry/lift materials, set up jobs, and keep worksites safe and clean
- Learn ladder safety, PPE, and basic tool use
- Put out the company yard sign at every job
- Call the client 15–30 minutes before arrival using the company phone script
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
Growth Path
Show proficiency in
sign placement + arrival onetime, arrival calls to advance to
Apprentice Level 1. Every level mastered = pay raise + new title.
