What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with operating systems, VOIP, O365/Active Directory, AWS, and more!
Support client hardware and software in a wide variety of end user environments
Use backup and recovery software and methodologies and basic firewall functions
Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols
Use a ticketing system to manage client issues and accurate documentation
Skills You'll Need:
2-4 years IT experience
Microsoft stack experience preferred (O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD, Teams, as well as Windows Server)
Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
MSP experience preferred
Familiarity with ConnectWise solutions preferred
AWS experience preferred
Strong positive mentality, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
