Description
Pay Rate: $20
Location: Denver, CO
Type: Remote (occasional onsite required for escalations / upgrades, maybe once a month)
Day to Day in the role (responsibilities):
- Handle approximately 10 inbound support calls per day

Manage and close approximately 10-15 tickets daily
- Provide consistent ticket updates in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot user issues related to systems, access, and connectivity
- Perform Active Directory tasks (password resets, user support)
- Assist with MFA setup and troubleshooting
- Support remote users
- Assist with software deployment (SCCM) and endpoint support
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues (FortiClient preferred)

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant major (IT, MIS, Computer Science, etc.)

4-7 years of experience
- Familiarity with a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)

Experience with setup / troubleshooting

VPN troubleshooting experience (FortiClient preferred)
- Strong communication skills (especially phone support)
Plusses:
- Exposure to Intune / Conditional Access
- Experience with SCCM (software deployment)

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
