Help Desk Specialist | Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) | $27-$30/hr
I have a Help Desk Specialist opportunity supporting the Human Services Department's Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Position Details:
Location: Phoenix, AZ (2233 W Dunlap Ave.)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Required onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday
Additional onsite days may be required based on business needs
Duration: Initial contract through February 2027 (approximately 4 months)
Pay Rate:$27-$30/hr, dependent on experience
Potential for Extension: There may be an opportunity for extension based on business needs and department funding.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical and application support requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk issues.
Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 users and related business applications.
Handle password resets, account unlocks, permissions, and access requests.
Document and track incidents within the ticketing system.
Escalate infrastructure, application, security, and business process issues as needed.
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and user training.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of recent Tier 1 Help Desk experience
Experience supporting users via phone, ticketing systems, and email
Experience with user account management, password resets, and access support
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience
CompTIA A+, HDI, or Microsoft certifications
Associate's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Additional Requirements:
Valid Arizona driver's license upon hire
Ability to obtain an Arizona DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
