This role delivers second‑level troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1, supporting CBP's mission‑critical IT environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, excellent problem‑solving skills, and experience supporting enterprise‑scale systems.
