Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Help Desk Specialist. This role focuses on providing technical support, resolving user issues, maintaining support records, and ensuring a smooth technology experience for employees and customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, IT, or support roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
