Help Desk Assistants will be expected to carry themselves in a professional, polite manner when interacting with Help Desk users. Assistants must be able to follow written and oral directions from CIS supervisory staff and our Help Desk ticketing system. Typical duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, using our Help Desk software to create and assign tickets, moving hardware (i.e.: computers, phones, etc.), and assist wherever needed within the CIS department.
