This position is ideal for a Desktop Support or Help Desk professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 Help Desk support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Assist with desktop and laptop deployments
- Maintain inventory and equipment records
- Support end-user onboarding and training
- Assist with testing and deployment of systems and applications
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience
- Active Directory experience
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Windows desktop support expertise
- Hardware and networking troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Environment
- Fully onsite in Great Neck, NY
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Supporting both local and global users
- Small collaborative IT team
- Immediate start preferred
Contract Details
- Duration: Approximately 1 month
