Join us in supporting children's literacy and helping to close the privilege gap. This role involves providing essential activities that complement trained tutors, helping to build strong readers, students, and future leaders.
While tutors focus on instruction, you will facilitate interactive read-alouds and supervise literacy and enrichment activities for K-6 students. These activities promote vocabulary development, critical thinking, creativity, and verbal skills through engaging stories.
We need 2 helpers per weekday at each location, working with children by age group and supporting their learning and engagement. The interactive read-aloud format is simple, and training will be provided.
