Heavy Highway Project Manager

Our client, an established heavy highway contractor, is hiring a Project Manager in the Hagerstown, MD area. You will lead bridge, DOT and sitework projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy highway projects including bridges, DOT roadway work and site development
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost reports and change orders
• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers and owners
• Review plans, specifications, submittals and RFIs
• Track quantities, production and billing
• Build strong relationships with DOT and project partners

Qualifications

• Project management experience on heavy highway, bridge, DOT or site projects
• Solid knowledge of DOT specifications and documentation
• Strong scheduling and cost control skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
• PE license a plus
