Alliance Construction is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota , and some of our jobs are up to 4 hours away, requiring overnight stays. As an equipment Operator, you will: Operate equipment such as a track skid loader, wheel loader, excavator, dozer and grader.

Immediate Openings! Alliance Construction is a growing excavation company with lots of opportunities. We are looking for heavy equipment operators with experience and a willingness to travel. Alliance Construction is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and some of our jobs are up to 4 hours away, requiring overnight stays. We perform a wide range of work, including earthwork, excavation, demolition, and installation of underground utilities. As an equipment Operator, you will:

• Operate equipment such as a track skid loader, wheel loader, excavator, dozer and grader.
• Perform hand labor
• Focus on production and safety.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in operating equipment
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Practical written and verbal communication skills
