Schlouch Inc. is an industry leading family-owned site development company located in Eastern PA. We have an immediate need for a skilled Equipment Operator with GPS experience who can perform sitework including excavation, grading, utility installation, and demolition on residential and small commercial job sites located in a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Install storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water lines, and septic systems
- Complete foundation, footer, and basement excavations
- Perform cut/fill operations, building pad grading, and fine grading
- Spread and grade stone and topsoil
- Read blueprints and set/check grades
- Operate site lasers, pipe lasers, and grading equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
- Communicate project progress and scheduling needs with supervisors
- Assist with labor duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Experience operating excavators, backhoes, and/or track loaders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Strong understanding of sitework, grading, and utility construction
- Ability to grade to tight tolerances
- Blueprint reading and layout experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- CDL a plus but not required

Pay: $28–$38/hr (based on experience) + Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends
Location: Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA
