Schlouch Inc. is an industry leading family-owned site development company located in Eastern PA. We have an immediate need for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator who can confidently operate multiple types of equipment and take pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including:
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Track Loaders
- Motor Graders
- Rollers
- Backhoes
- Perform excavation, grading, site development, and utility installation work.
- Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and GPS machine control systems.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment.
- GPS machine control experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of sitework, elevations, and compaction
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Pay: $28–$38/hr (based on experience) + Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends
Location: Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA
