As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman who enjoys leading crews, operating specialized equipment, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Operate specialized heavy equipment, including pulverizers and spreaders
  • Lead and supervise field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Coordinate daily job site activities and assign tasks to crew members
  • Monitor production and adjust work plans as needed to meet project goals
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA requirements
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
  • Maintain a positive, professional job site culture

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
  • Previous foreman, lead operator, or crew leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction operations and job site safety
  • Valid driver's license required
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, weekend work as needed
  • Overtime available
