Heavy Equipment Operator – Excavation & Underground Division
Full-Time | $30–$48 per hour DOE + Overtime + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Saturday rotation | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 40–50 hrs/week.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of our Excavation & Underground Division, running heavy equipment that keeps essential systems moving. You’ll dig, grade, trench, and backfill with precision for residential and commercial underground projects.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Operating excavators, skid steers, loaders, and trenching equipment safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting site plans, slopes, and grade elevations
- Performing daily equipment inspections and light maintenance
- Working safely around utilities, confined spaces, and underground systems
- Collaborating closely with plumbers, foremen, and project managers
- Maintaining OSHA excavation safety compliance on every site

What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience operating heavy machinery (excavation, utilities, or plumbing)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (CDL preferred)
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor as needed
- Strong knowledge of trench safety, shoring, and soil classifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are musts
- Must pass background and drug screening
