Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 3:00 AM-1:00 PM OFF Wednesday.
Some Saturdays (on a rotation basis).

About the Role:
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for servicing approximately 150+ stationary containers (dumpsters) and up to 1,000 carts per day, safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
This position operates on a 40-hour flex schedule based on workload demands. Early morning start times, holiday work, emergency response, weekend shifts, and inclement weather operations may be required with little notice. Good attendance and reliability are essential.
Physical demands include standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven surfaces, shoveling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
A valid Class B Commercial Driver's License must be maintained, along with a reliable means of contact.

High School Diploma/GED, with 1+ years experience in the Solid Waste Industry (i.e., refuse, recycling
No High School Diploma/GED, with 4+ years of experience in the Solid Waste Industry (i.e., refuse, recycling
A or B Commercial Drivers License
