We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who understand production, respect others, and take ownership of their work.

What You'll Do
- Operate excavators, dozers (including finish work), loaders, skid steers, motor graders, and compaction equipment
- Perform rough and finish grading, trenching, excavation, and material movement
- Read and understand plans, grade stakes, and site layout
- Operate GPS/3D grade control systems (Trimble, Topcon, or similar preferred)
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain production goals without compromising safety or quality
- Communicate clearly with foremen and crew members
- Keep equipment clean and job sites organized
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in commercial earthwork or civil construction
- Strong understanding of grade and site layout
- GPS grade control experience a plus
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Willingness to work overtime as projects demand
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
- Operate equipment for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Navigate active construction sites and uneven terrain
- Work up to 10 hour shifts when required
- Wear required PPE at all times
