- Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
- Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure)
- $150 annual boot alloance

REQUIREMENTS: - At least 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, electrical, low voltage
- Must have your own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferred
