    Heavy Equipment Mechanic

    Heavy Equipment Mechanic (A-Level Preferred)


    Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic looking for a long-term career with excellent pay, outstanding benefits, and year-round stability? We are seeking skilled mechanics to join our team in Blytheville, Arkansas, maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy equipment used in industrial mill services.

    This is an excellent opportunity for mechanics who enjoy diagnosing complex mechanical issues, working with diesel-powered equipment, and being part of a safety-focused team.


    Compensation

    • $26.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
    • +$2.00/hour shift premium when working nights


    Schedule

    • 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
    • 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
    • Weekly rotation between days and nights


    What You'll Do

    • Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and mobile machinery
    • Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspensions, and driveline components
    • Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software
    • Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as required
    • Disassemble and reassemble equipment to complete repairs
    • Complete preventative maintenance inspections
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
    • Follow all company safety procedures and documentation requirements
    • Deliver quality repairs while minimizing equipment downtime


    Qualifications

    • Experience repairing off-road heavy equipment
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
    • Knowledge of Tier IV emissions systems
    • Experience using electronic diagnostic software
    • Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Comfortable bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and working in confined areas
