Salary: $66,000–$90,000 annually

Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for heavy mobile and stationary equipment supporting construction and industrial material operations.
Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and daily maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Support equipment used in material handling, processing, mixing, conveying, and construction applications.
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, parts, and repair schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and related equipment issues.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations and project teams.
• Promote safe work practices, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel.

• Experience supervising heavy equipment or industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of heavy mobile and stationary equipment.
• Experience with material handling, processing, construction, or similar operations preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Technical training or certification in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance preferred.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional focused on safety, reliability, and minimizing equipment downtime.
