We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Engineer to join our growing team.
This position is located onsite at one of our locations in Sedro-Woolley, WA, Great Falls, MT, or Layton, UT.
Department Summary
Were looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Engineer to lead the design, development, and improvement of large-scale machinery and equipment systems. Youll own projects from concept through fabrication, commissioning, and support, working closely with manufacturing, operations, and customers. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, has deep mechanical design expertise, and can mentor junior engineers.

Basic Qualifications
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreement to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.
Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Detailed Wage Information: Wage range for this role is between $130,000 - $170,000, plus benefits and eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off‑site work, or access assignments. The range provided is Janickis estimate of base compensation for this role. Actual pay offered will be based on job-related and non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
