What You’ll Handle

• Thoroughly inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-trailer systems—brakes, suspensions, and electrical circuits included.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative checks to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Use diagnostic equipment to pinpoint issues and recommend the most effective repair path.
• Work closely with teammates to move jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Document all maintenance and repair actions with accuracy and clarity.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies in every task.
• Keep current on industry best practices, emerging tools, and new repair techniques.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive or diesel mechanics is a plus.
• Hands-on mechanic experience, ideally with semi-trailers or other heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong command of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Confidence reading and interpreting technical manuals and wiring/schematic diagrams.
• Sharp diagnostic instincts, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
