Must have hands-on diesel mechanic experience, preferably working on heavy-duty commercial trucks or fleet equipment.
Experience with Cummins and/or PACCAR diesel engines.
Working knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
Experience performing preventative maintenance and identifying potential equipment failures.
Hands-on experience with PTO replacements, installations, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of DEF systems and diesel emissions aftertreatment systems.
Ability to diagnose engine performance issues and determine appropriate repairs.
Familiarity with diagnostic scan tools, mechanical tools, and equipment service manuals.
Ability to inspect, maintain, and repair commercial vehicles and heavy-duty equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Ability to communicate repair findings and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday; some weekends may be required based on needs
