Job Details

We are seeking a Heavy-Duty Aftermarket Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement across the aftermarket organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead aftermarket operations spanning planning, order fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and delivery performance.
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability for safety, quality, cost, productivity, service, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with sales, product, finance, quality, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to translate customer demand into reliable execution.
• Improve processes, systems, capacity planning, inventory accuracy, and working-capital performance.
• Develop supervisors and team members while building a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational escalations and create recovery plans that protect customers and profitability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in aftermarket, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or related operations.
• Experience in heavy-duty trucking, automotive components, industrial equipment, or a comparable technical product environment strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement, inventory management, logistics, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and customer-focused problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience.
