    What You'll Do

    • Service, repair, start up, and install heavy commercial HVAC equipment, including reciprocating, rotary, and centrifugal chillers across all tonnages

    • Troubleshoot and maintain building systems, including ancillary HVAC equipment, cooling towers, controllers, and retrofits

    • Perform comprehensive maintenance inspections in line with contract scopes and best practices

    • Use your technical knowledge to diagnose system issues, recommend solutions, and deliver quality results

    • Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering professional, effective communication and resolving issues proactively

    • Comply with all Hunton safety standards, OSHA, and EPA regulations to ensure a safety-first approach in every task

    What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing Trane and other OEM commercial HVAC systems

    • Strong understanding of HVAC system operations, including airside, waterside, and control systems

    • Experience with boilers and variable frequency drives (VFDs) is a plus

    • Current EPA refrigerant certification

    • Technical certifications or OEM factory training (preferred)

    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and mobile service technology

    • Flexibility to work overtime and varied schedules, as needed

    • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in the past 3 years)

    • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
