Heavy Civil contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help launch and lead a new Utility Division. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a leader with 5-10+ years of Heavy Civil and Underground Utility experience looking to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

• Manage utility construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Support division growth and business development
• Lead teams and drive project success

What We're Looking For:

• 5-10+ years in Heavy Civil/Underground Utilities
• Experience with water, sewer, storm, and municipal infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
