Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager

Location: Detroit, MI

Position Overview

Our client, an established heavy civil contractor, is looking for a Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager to join their team in the Detroit, MI area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and bid projects, then run the work you win
• Perform takeoffs and build proposals
• Manage budgets, schedules and change orders
• Work with field crews, owners and GCs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating and/or project management
• Ability to read plans and specs
• Strong cost control and communication

Compensation

• Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000
• Strong benefits package
