Heat Treat Furnace Operator1st and 2nd shifts availableWage Rate - $18.64-25.90The Heat Treat Furnace Operator is responsible for operation and maintenance of the heat treat furnace, which is used to harden and temper the steel fastenersThis key role must ensure safe operation of the equipment and temperature instruments to ensure the steel stabilizes as required for the strength and utility needed for the specific fastener application.
