What you need to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework welcomed.
- Experience operating presses or working in a manufacturing setting.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving instincts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Comfort working independently and within a team.
- Availability for flexible hours and overtime as needed.
