NOTICE OF POSITION VACANCY HEALTHCARE WORKFORCE & EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR Rural Health Transformation Program Gr ant Continued employment contingent upon grant funding School of Health Sciences Application Deadline Open Until Filled Salary Commensurate with Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college in Healthcare Education Business or related field and a minimum of three 3 years experience coordinatin g clinical placements student recruitment or onboarding workforce programs or healthcar e operations. Preference shall be given to candidates with experience coordinating clinical rotations or preceptorships experience administering grant -funded progra ms andor prior work experience in a hospital or higher education setting. CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS Valid state Drivers License is required . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position is part of the Rural Health Transformation Program RHTP grant which expands the availability of qualified healthcare workers in local rural communities by recruiting students into Chipola Colleges RHTP career certificate programs supporting those students from initial inquiry through credential completion a nd coordinating their placement in clinical rotations preceptorships and other intensive hands -on training opportunities with rural practice partners .
