    Job Summary

    The Healthcare Technology Management Systems Administrator (HTMSA) serves as a strategic analytical partner to HTM leadership, leading complex analyses and translating data into executive-level insights that drive enterprise decision-making. This role owns KPI and OKR frameworks, financial and contract analytics, and advanced reporting related to healthcare technology operations. The System Administrator ensures the HTM organizational enterprise asset management infrastructure-SAS partner, servers, networks, and software-is reliable, secure, and running efficiently. Key duties include installing/upgrading hardware and software, managing user accounts, enforcing system security, automating routine tasks via scripting, and providing technical support for critical infrastructure failures. The HTMSA trains and educates HTM staff on proper use and data input in the EAM product. The HTMSA ensures all data in the EAM is "clean" and accurate.

    Essential Functions

    • Is the subject matter expert of the selected enterprise asset management software and all components associated with the EAM solution including integrated products.
    • Lead advanced analysis of contracts, inventory, financial performance, and asset lifecycle data using EAM and integrated products data.
    • Own the design, governance, and interpretation of EAM KPI and OKR data, and all reporting including executive reporting
    • Partner with HTM leadership, finance, supply chain, and clinical stakeholders on strategic initiatives
    • Identify system-wide trends, risks, and cost-optimization opportunities and present recommendations
    • Mentor junior analysts and help define best practices for analytics, reporting, and data quality

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree in business, computer science, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, analytics, engineering, or a related field.
    • Bachelor degree preferred.
    • 6-8+ years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, healthcare operations, financial analysis, or healthcare technology management

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft/Linux operating systems, database management, cloud computing (such as AWS, Azure, etc…) and networking protocols
    • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across organizational levels
    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills under pressure
    • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools for KPI tracking and trend analysis

Services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.
