We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Systems Integration Manager to lead complex healthcare technology integrations and manage third-party vendors. This role requires strong interoperability, vendor management, and healthcare IT experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead third-party system integrations from planning through deployment.
- Manage integration vendors and technical service providers.
- Support HL7, FHIR, APIs, middleware, and interface engines.
- Evaluate third-party solutions for compatibility, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical, clinical, business, and vendor teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of recent IT management or healthcare technology experience.
- 5+ years managing/supervising IT vendors and validating contract requirements.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience with interface engines such as Cloverleaf or Rhapsody preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
