Position: Healthcare Support Specialist (Remote)- $19/hr.

Must be able to work any assigned 8 hours shift Mon–Fri, 8 AM–9PM CST

OHIO, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, NEVADA , KANSAS, WEST VIRGINIA,TENNESSEE, GEORGIA, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA and TEXAS*

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Perform outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients.
• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and patient benefits.
• Educate patients and providers on coverage, costs, and next steps.
• Assist with copay assistance and patient support programs.
• Navigate commercial and government insurance plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing time-sensitive cases.
